Classes

krav maga (adults and youth/kids)

we offer intro, intermediate, and advanced classes in krav maga. These courses will cover basic self defense techniques and move into more advanced ones as students progress, including gun and knife defenses.
Kids classes will cover slightly different content, focusing on de-escalation, bully prevention, and other kid-friendly and relevant content.

brazilian jiu jitsu (no gi)

level up your ground fighting techniques with our more-technically-focused, no-gi jiu jitsu class. This class will go more in depth into ground work than our other offerings.

SERE course

sere (survive, evade, resist, escape)

This course is recommended for world travelers, at-risk executives or families, or anyone traveling outside of the US Territories for an extended amount of time.
Be prepared to engage in an immersive class that will forever change your life.  This is not a fun course; this course will teach you how to Survive, Evade, Resist, and Escape from a possible abduction, home invasion, or carjacking.  This is not a one-off class but a series that builds off the last.  This is by interview and invitation only. If you are up for a challenge, check in with the front desk for an application and make an appointment for an interview.

Heavybag fitness workout class

heavybag fitness, and STretch/condition

get a fantastic workout while having a great time doing it. rag and wail on a heavybag with guided workouts from our instructors for the heavy bag class, or work on guided stretches and workouts for good form and muscle building.

No contact - perfect for a workout, and as a precursor to a full krav class. Recommended for beginners.

MMA mixed martial arts training

intro to mma

This class is designed to introduce novice students to mixed martial arts. Budding fighters will be instructed on basic techniques of various martial arts including muy thai, boxing, wrestling and jiu jitsu. Through specific technical drills and live situational practice, members will learn some of the primary moves used in mma. Prepare to partner up and get a sweat on.
